1. Perishable Products
Most of our items are perishable (fruits, vegetables, and fresh produce) and cannot be returned once delivered, for food safety and hygiene reasons.
However, if you receive an item that is damaged, spoiled, or not as ordered, we encourage you to contact us within the time frame below.
2. Eligibility for Refund or Replacement
To be eligible for a refund or replacement, you must:
Notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Provide clear photos of the damaged or incorrect items.
Include your order number and brief description of the issue.
We will assess the situation and offer either:
A replacement item (subject to availability),
A credit toward your next order, or
A partial/full refund (case-by-case basis).
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are non-returnable:
Items delivered in good condition as ordered.
Products not reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Bulk or customized packaging orders, unless proven defective.
4. Refund Process
Approved refunds will be processed within 3–7 business days, depending on your original method of payment.
You will be notified via email or WhatsApp once your refund is processed.
5. Cancellations
Orders can be canceled before processing or dispatch.
Once the order is packed or shipped, it cannot be canceled.
